MEDIATION

Full Day Session (up to 8 hours): $14,000*               

*After 8 hours, with consent of counsel, an overtime hourly rate will apply.     

 

Half-Day Session (up to 4 hours): $9,000**           

**After 4 hours, with consent of counsel, an overtime hourly rate will apply​.

ADR Services Administrative Fees:​

A fee of $425 per party will apply to all Mediations.

​

Drafting of Mediator's Proposal

No charge for drafting mediator proposals.

Travel

For sessions in Southern California, travel time is included in the basic rates. There is no additional charge.

​

For sessions outside of Southern California, actual travel expenses will be billed for airfare, ground transportation, and hotel. There is no Hourly Rate charge for travel time.
