MEDIATION

Full Day Session (up to 8 hours): $14,000*               

*  After 8 hours, with consent of counsel, an overtime hourly rate will apply.     

 

Half-Day Session (up to 4 hours): $9,000**           

** After 4 hours, with consent of counsel, an overtime hourly rate will apply​

ADR Services Administrative Fees:​

A fee of $450 per party will apply to all Mediations.

Drafting of Mediator's Proposal

No charge for drafting mediator proposals.

Travel

For sessions in Southern California, travel time is included in the basic rates. There is no additional charge.

​

For sessions outside of Southern California, actual travel expenses will be billed for airfare, ground transportation, and hotel. There is no Hourly Rate charge for travel time.
